CPACT is pleased to invite
applications for the Julian Morris International Travel Award 2023.
The award honours the
contributions of Professor Julian Morris FREng*, formerly of Newcastle
University, to process analysis and process control. CPACT has introduced the
award to allow a Doctorate student to attend a conference and/or spend some
time working with another research group in a country different to where they
are studying. The award can fully fund a trip or be a contribution to the costs
of a more expensive/extensive visit, which should take place during the 2024
calendar year (i.e. within the period January-December 2024).
Students who are studying topics
in process analysis, chemometrics, statistics, process modelling or process
control in CPACT member universities are eligible. A list of eligible
institutions is available here CPACT Member
