CPACT
welcomes Proxisense to the consortium.
Proxisense has
developed sensitive analytical technologies that can monitor compositional
changes in-line at high frequency. It is particularly suited to liquid
environments and is sensitive to most, if not all, changes, whether physical or
chemical. The sensitivity enables ppm-levels of quantification, in some
use-cases, and the universality of analysis means that it can be used to
monitor a wide range of processes. Processes include dissolution
monitoring, crystallisation, chemical reaction rates, concentration changes,
process end points and more, in small and large molecule systems. The
company’s initial market was in aerospace – a key competency is being able to
make robust probes for challenging environments – but is now investing in
developing products for the PAT market for process development and
manufacturing.
We look
forward to working with them.
