This
course will cover advanced process control methods including PID control, model
predictive control (MPC) and soft sensor (inferential) model building. The
course will be focussed on applying these methods in practical training
sessions.
This course is
designed for end-users who wish to expand their knowledge of (Advanced) Process
Control. Since the course assumes no prior knowledge it is also suitable for
new members of Process Control teams or end-users who would like to explore why
and how to apply process control methods on-line and understand the various
techniques which are available.
