on Food Analysis by Raman Spectroscopy
December 2020 at 3pm (UK time)
spectroscopy is a versatile tool for process monitoring and product analysis.
The presentation will introduce applications of the method in the food sector.
A particular focus will be on the advantages and disadvantages of mixing Raman
signals with laser-induced fluorescence emission, and the possibilities of an
advanced data analysis with chemometric tools. Example studies include the
analysis of Scotch whisky and edible oils.
This webinar will be presented by Johannes Kiefer,
University of Bremen.
