APACT on-line took place between 19th - 23rd April. The participation ranged between 50-110
delegates each session, which was great for our first on-line event.
The delegates enjoyed a variety of talks over five days under the following themes:
1. Advances in process engineering modelling and control
2. Developments in bioprocess monitoring and control
3. New methodologies in data analysis for process analysis and modelling
4. Advances in applications of process analysis technologies
We also had interesting discussion sessions each day and it was great to see the panellists and
delegates engaging via the on-line platform.
Feedback from the delegates was very positive and a few of the comments are listed below:
"I
enjoyed the diversity of the presentations and the talks were uniformly
excellent. The discussion sessions at the end were also valuable as it allowed
a bit deeper interactive dive into several of the points made earlier in the
session".
"There was a good variety of topics covered and the presentations were of
a high caliber. I
thought you managed very well to keep the spirit of APACT with an eclectic
mixture of process control, process chemistry, instrumentation and chemometrics.
Speakers and session chairs kept to time well".
If you missed any of the talks, the recordings are now available in the members section of the website:
