E-Learning Webinar on Statistical-based Measurement
8th July 2021 at 3pm (UK time)
In industry, there are numerous
tools, instruments and devices, including the subjective opinions of humans,
off-line and/or continuously measuring the quality of a part, product or batch.
These measurement systems can cost hundreds, if not thousands of pounds. The
measurements determine whether product is fit for purpose and can be shipped
out to customers (avoiding consumer’s risk) or should be kept in-house for
further re-work or destruction (producer’s risk).
This webinar introduces some
Statistical Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) approaches to evaluating the
quality and reliability of measurement systems such as Gauge R&R studies,
Gauge Linearity & Accuracy studies and Attribute Agreement Analysis
studies, with some examples from industry. Core concepts such as precision,
accuracy, repeatability, reproducibility, agreement, consistency and stability
are defined, and better understand.
This webinar will be presented by
